A large call center agreed to let our auditors conduct an audit of existing contracts and telecommunications invoices. However, they cautioned us that their internal team of 11 auditors had already audited them and had achieved $525,000 savings over the previous 12 months.  We assembled an 8 person team representing 179 years telecom experience and within one week developed claims against current vendors for more than $750,000.

A group of radio stations in Chicago was saddled with a T-1 and frame relay that it inherited when it bought the business - but the circuits were not in use.  Fearing steep termination penalties under their long-term contract, they continued to pay.  We renegotiated their contract, obtaining both a credit and elimination of the lines without penalty, saving them $60,000 over a two year period.

A major car rental company engaged our partners to develop an RFQ and negotiate a contract covering voice and and network services including a large ATM and frame relay wide area network (WAN).
