telecom auditing team.
Throughout her career Ms. Tolin's leadership and technical abilities
have allowed her to lead in positions such as: Provisioning Manager,
Senior Project Manager, and Director of Audit Operations. Her
wide-ranging detailed knowledge and expertise of voice and data
services, equipment, and billing promotes our ability as an
organization to be a leader in the telecommunications management
arena.
Ms. Tolin has received awards for her leadership and character
integrity from the NYS Attorney General's office and the American
Association of University Women.
Telecom Audit and marketing: Dan
Wachs, a seasoned telecom and marketing executive entered the
telecom field ten years ago after a radio broadcasting career that
spanned three decades. As an owner-operator of radio stations, Mr.
Wachs used the profit & loss statement as a blueprint for the
financial health of his properties. Refund Systems may perform
