Contingency-Based telecom audit to Guarantee Success

From a profit and loss perspective, there is never a cost for a Refund Systems telecom audit.

There is no entrance fee or retainer. Unlike others, our telecom consultants do not charge an hourly fee. 

u The telecom audit is contingency-based. We ask to share a percentage of your savings. And we only ask to share those savings after the savings are verified on a phone bill.  Therefore, you receive the full savings before you are invoiced.  

Because of this, there is no out-of-pocket expense and the only possible result is a net cost reduction.  It is feasible (but highly unlikely) that no savings are created. There would be zero charge in this case.

Example

Savings come in two forms, refunds (credits) and continual cost savings.  For example:

You receive a $2,000 credit on your statement.

You are invoiced for 50% (actual amount negotiated) of that credit, $1,000.

You receive a validated cost reduction of $500 on a monthly carrier bill.

You are invoiced for 50% of that reduction, $250. Same for subsequent months for the term of your agreement.

Note: When continual savings are created, the auditor reviews the bills every month for the term of the audit.  You are invoiced after each review and assured your telephone bills continue to be accurate.

Note: If you cancel a circuit for any reason, there can no longer be savings associated with that circuit and therefore you will no longer be billed by us.

Note: If savings are due to a decrease in usage rate (i.e. long distance is reduced from $.03/min to $.02/min), then the difference of $.01 is multiplied by the minutes used in order to calculate the savings.
